Returns & Refunds

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery in original condition.

How to start a return

1. Email support@ilyastore.com with your order number.
2. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization.
3. Ship the item back; once received, we’ll process an exchange or refund to the original payment method.

Return shipping may be deducted except for defective items. Certain consumables may be non‑returnable if opened for hygiene/safety reasons.
